Why losing 6 years of blog posts is sometimes a good thing

Yes, that's right....6 years of previews of beautiful newborns and happy babies across Surrey and London...all gone in a second. My record of the connections I've made and my growth as a baby photographer...disappeared. Eeek!

And as a client, you'd be forgiven for thinking I'm starting from scratch.

Call me sentimental, but it makes me a little bit sad.

BUT, although a risk it was the right thing to do. As you look around my new website I hope you'll agree with me.

My old website was looking tired and over-stylised. I knew something big had to happen. Over the years my photography style has evolved but my website hadn't come along for the ride.

...and so I took the bold decision to start from scratch, with a new website that I've built for myself on WIX and that I think represents me and talks better to my ideal clients.

So whilst I am sad to lose all of my blog posts, I'm happier about the freshness that comes with it.
