Why I might not be the right family photographer for you {Poole & Bournemouth family photographer}

Let me just say this straight-up - I won't be the right photographer for everyone. It's true that beauty is very much in the eye of the beholder, and never more so than when comes to family photography.

I know that many families may aspire for the typically posed 'baby curled up on a blanket asleep wearing some kind of mohair cocoon / hat' type of shot which has been omnipresent in the family photography scene for the last two decades, which is absolutely fine if that's your thing.

But it's not for me and it's not for my clients - the families I work with don't want any of those 'frills' and I respect that. They demand a more natural, nonsense-free approach and (happily) that sits really well with me and what I love to do.

So when it comes to baby photography I don't come with any 'styling accessories' like headpieces, bows, flurry knitted pants or hats.

Sorry. Not Sorry.

So I might NOT be your gal, but if you've found me and you agree with me on this then you know where I am - I'd be delighted to capture your family story through the years. You can request more information or book your session here
